New TOU

Okay, so it's not really new.  I just removed the references to the Exchange (since it no longer exists) and took away the stipulations about TSR (since it's no longer a pay site).  Plus, I'd had the old TOU image for a long time and I felt like a change.

I've finished the holiday sets, so they'll be going up soon.  I want American Sims to be able to wear their new fancy duds for Thanksgiving!
