My 100th Upload on MTS2!

Spring outfits in soft, beach-inspired colours. I wanted to do something a bit different (or at least more impressive) since this was kind of a milestone upload. I've had the idea for this ruffled dress in my head for a while. My skills must have improved since I tackled the ruffled jacket in my Gelato Collection, because these ruffles weren't nearly as difficult as I expected them to be. And I wanted my boys to have something comfy yet cute for exploring the beach. I love hoodies... so my Sims have ended up with lots of them!

I hope you enjoy these outfits!

Upload... download... upload again...

MTS2's server is back up and running. I just spent a while re-uploading all of my files that got blown away by the crash. I think I got them all. I hope I got them all...

In celebration, I uploaded a set that's been sitting on my hard drive for days. Here's a sneak peek:

Oh, no!

I am rather dismayed. Apparently, much of the download data (if not all of it) from mid-October 2008 until now on MTS2 has been lost! I'm looking through my files to see if I have backups, but I'm not 100% sure I do (for some reason, Windows won't sort my files by date... even though I'm trying to sort them by "Date Modified"). That'll teach me to rely on a website as a backup of my work.

Computers. Gotta love them.

I'm confused...

My poll indicates that many people want more Athletic wear for kids. I'm really not sure, though, what that would look like. I don't have the EP that allows kids to wear Athletic wear and do sports, so I'm kind of stumped.

Here's what I know already exists:

- soccer uniforms
- ballet outfits
- tutus
- yoga wear
- figure skating costumes
- track pants

What other types of Athletic wear are needed? What other sports do Sim kids need clothing for?

Please feel free to leave your ideas in the comments.

MTS2 Kids' Stuff Creator Challenge

I didn't know the voting would be over so soon! Wow... speedy.

Congratulations to all the Exceptional Award winners! And if you haven't checked out some of the entries yet, I recommend that you do so. (A couple of my personal favourites are leesester's Skill Building Toy Garage and Phaenoh's Tiny Tikes Nursery Necessities... the baby monitor alone is worth downloading, and it's saved a few of my little Sims from the dreaded Social Worker!)

I wonder what the next challenge is going to be...
